The Backup Shedual determines how often the back will run. If you ever need to recover data you will have the option to retrive it from the time of backup. If your back up daily all week long, you will have your pick from any day of the week, however if you run weekly, you will have fewer recovery points (once every seven days) ie, your recovered data could be as old as a week. Personal users are encoraged to backup there personal computers daily, as are buisness clients that have daily changing data. For Archived data, that changes less frequently a server admin could run his backup less frequently. |
